With over two decades of experience in the creative industries, Tim has built a career at the intersection of design, leadership, and business strategy. As a former Business Director for leading design agencies, he’s worked across Australia, the UK, and the United States. Throughout his career, he’s led teams, built lasting client relationships, and helped deliver impactful brand and design outcomes for a wide range of businesses - from household names like Nike, Google and Tesla, to passionate start-ups just finding their feet.
At the heart of Tim’s work is a genuine passion to support people to thrive. His time coaching and mentoring leaders in architecture and interior design, especially through his work with ArchiBiz over the past four years, led to the creation of Ludlow Street. A place where creative business owners can step back, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.
Whether it’s a small, ambitious team or a more established business, Tim brings a fresh perspective, practical tools, and a thoughtful, down-to-earth approach. All this, in service of helping people build businesses that feel good to run and are genuinely fulfilling.
